Brandon Hardy, Pastor Pastor Hardy moved to Salem from Whitefish, Montana in 1996 to attend Western Baptist College. It was there that he met his wife Kristie, and together they began attending Bethel in 1997. Ordained in July of 2005, Pastor Hardy served and trained under the founder of Bethel, Mike Pass, as his assistant until 2008. He was elected pastor of Bethel on October 8, 2008. Pastor Hardy and his wife have three children.
Travis Crew, Youth PastorPastor Crew and his wife JoAnna graduated from Lifegate Christian School in 1997 and were married three years later. They served at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Springfield, Oregon until August 2006, when they moved to Salem and started attending Bethel. Pastor Crew was licensed and brought on full-time in November of 2009. Pastor Crew and his wife have two children.
